    3.   2. If the company deems it necessary to respond to the user's request, it will promptly make the necessary corrections, etc.
  3. If the company makes corrections, etc., based on the preceding paragraph, or decides not to make corrections, etc., it will promptly notify the user.

Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information)

If the individual requests the suspension or deletion (hereinafter referred to as "suspension of use, etc.") of personal information on the grounds that it is being handled beyond the scope of the intended purpose of use, or that it was obtained by improper means, the company will promptly conduct the necessary investigation.
  2. If the company deems it necessary to respond to the request based on the results of the investigation, it will promptly suspend the use, etc., of the personal information.
  3. If the company suspends the use, etc., of personal information based on the preceding paragraph, or decides not to suspend the use, etc., it will promptly notify the user.
  4. Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, if the suspension of use, etc., involves excessive costs or is otherwise difficult, and if alternative measures can be taken to protect the user's rights and interests, the company will take those alternative measures.

Article 9 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)

  1. The content of this policy may be changed without notifying the user, except for matters otherwise specified in this policy or by law.
  2. Unless otherwise specified by the company, the revised privacy policy will take effect when posted on this website.
